Leading on implementation of Project Server and JIRA to support PMO on multiple approaches for College (Operational Excellence, IT, Estates and Support Services)
Programme Manager responsible for Collaboration and Student streams to deliver business intelligence, research support and customer experience programmes.

Strategic recommendations to CIO, Research Board and Provost on research data management (machine learning, metadata and inbound / outbound collaboration) which were accepted by the College and and is subsequently being implemented to ensure that the REF Ranking continues to improve (currently number 2 in the UK)

Managed BI Project providing comprehensive statutory analytics to the Office of Fair Access(OFFA), safeguarding£ 78m year on year funding

Directing a ground-breaking student-centric customer experience programme and IT initiatives to improve user satisfaction rates by 87%, resulting in an innovative programme case study by Ovum and vastly increasing sector ranking.

Delivering high value consulting services to internal research groups and external commercial research constituents, including:

Shell Qatar Carbon Capture-Working on a multi- disciplinary collaboration to deliver a widely accessible virtual project lab Shell Qatar Carbon Capture,  whilst seamlessly maintaining protection for proprietary IP for both academic and commercial agents.

KIC Climate Change-Designed a PMO space on behalf of KIC Climate Change to galvanise disparate research groups by deploying baseline process methodology which also rationalised multiple processes. Applied Prince2 and PMP principles to devise a generic template which enables centralised monitoring and reporting, adopting an unobtrusive approach to enable information exchange across multiple programmes.

Faculty of Med, National Heart and Lung Institute-Procured third party applications to aggregate grant and budgetary information together  meet KMPG standards and enable grant funding charge backs to achieve £ 100k year-on-year savings.

Provided input to initiating global PMO from a PMP perspective to meet a wide spectrum of requirements and compliance (Health & Safety, Fiduciary and industry).

Project Manager acted as lead IT liaison during a public company transaction valued at over $200m; delivering a seamless transition and accurately documenting the IS department's completed projects.

Applied agile project management techniques and built positive team dynamics to vastly improve morale and revitalise a failing project in 2 months, devising a system to submit health and safety information to the authorities and eliminating $20m USD per docking in penalties.

Mobilised the e-NOA(electronic notification of arrival) project in preparation of CARICOM nations policy changes; formatting and validating passenger data and adopting service-orientated architecture to process international arrivals.

Performed detailed cost analysis to determine activity expenditure levels and establish low and high value activities, submitting a full cost breakdown and presenting recommendations to reduce costs by 77%.

Managed IT contracts and asset handover during the sale of a real estate portfolio and its IT and leasing assets in 2005 to multiple purchasers, migrating virtual accounts and records in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley standards.

Designed and implemented archiving services at deal finalisation point to be sustained for a period of 5 years.

Facilitating high-profile stakeholder meetings and hosting strategic planning meetings with the director and capital marketing teams to plan projects and agree milestones.
