Summary

A highly experienced attorney with an impressive track record advising on mid- and large-cap private equity and venture capital transactions. As a member of the "flying squad" of Linklaters, one of the top UK law firms, I advised on and coordinated several hundred-million Euro LBOs and MBOs throughout Europe. I also have experience advising private equity clients on fund formations and day-to-day fund administration. My time working as an investment manager in a London-based private equity firm has perfectly complemented my legal skills, providing an insider's view of the industry and an in-depth understanding of the needs and concerns of PE/venture capital players.
