Realized a 20%+ (over 3 million dollars) cost savings to the catalog budget through process streamlining and continuous evaluation and improvement.

Responsible for dramatically increasing creative and brand consistency (hey Japan no yellow Dodge logos) across all markets in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Middle East.

Launched theChrysler PT Cruiser with one of the most successful CRM handraiser management programs ever with over 75,000 handraisers recorded prior to the official reveal.

Increased billings from $19 million to over $24 million, in just over one year, through new program development and increased process efficiencies on the development side.
