·Set a precedent for cost recovery of freight and duty in service part pricing.Cost recovery of $135,000 in 1 year.

·Negotiated bulk versus unitized service part contracts. Reduced warehouse inventory 80% by adopting the practice of ordering and selling the full pack size.
