·Orchestrated turnaround of service part delivery process, improving on time shipments from 10% to 92%.Challenged to improve customer satisfaction with on time shipments of service parts, developed a manual process to track shipments.Implemented an IT solution to permanently repair the root cause of lost orders.

·Set a precedent for cost recovery of freight and duty in service part pricing.Cost recovery of $135,000 in 1 year.

·Negotiated bulk versus unitized service part contracts. Reduced warehouse inventory 80% by adopting the practice of ordering and selling the full pack size.

·Achieved 40% price increase for past model service parts.Managed delivery schedules and program obsolescence.

·Developed an SBOM identification process that improved the accuracy of service parts BOMs by 60%.Improved delivery ratings by 40%.Reduced delivery part violation charges - saved $10,000 annually.
