Advise and assist Executive Director and Board of Directors on fundraising and business strategy, in support of the world’s largest and most influential film festival and support organization for filmmakers age 22 and under. • Built up an advisory board of highly experienced and influential professionals from myriad industries. • Introduced high-profile international sponsors in to the festival organization, resulting in substantial revenue increases for the festival itself and its year round programs. • Conceptualized and produced numerous aspects of 2009 Festival, including all panels. • Established partnerships with other NPOs, developing innovative revenue generation models benefiting multiple causes. • Delivered major visibility gains via interactive campaigns capitalizing on web sites, social media networks, and rich media distribution. • Helped staff maximize finances during unexpected economic downturn.
