Reduced time to implement from 4 weeks to 2 weeks for ad-hoc requests, and from 6 months to 2 months for new projects.Duties include updating or creating new processes, led documentation effort with on-site resources, directing new design for Global rollout simplification, and creation of forms on web-based support site to coincide with new processes.
