Network Operations Manager
-Planning the work flow of the network operation center to meet the requirements of the top management. -Organize, direct and control the operations of the network operation center. -Evaluate the operations of the Network operation center using the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and make recommendations for improvement. -Oversees the work of NOC Team to ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed. -ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met -Applying the new ticketing system and make sure all the NOC team are using it perfectly. -Preparing NOC performance reports regularly for the top management. -Preparing traffic performance reports regularly for the top management and other departments. -Coordinate between NOC and other departments like sales, rates and billing. -Ensure that all the route are working perfectly without interruption and no received traffic are wasted. -Ensure that all TTs both ways are perfectly closed. -Monitor all reports to ensure all the traffic issues are solved. -Being available 24/7 for monitoring the NOC performance and emergency cases. -Establish a weekly meeting for studying new work updates, recommendations, taking NOC team suggestions and solve their problems. -Establish a monthly lecture for improving skills and knowledge for the NOC team.
