I am a devoted chef with 28 years of experience in the Chinese restaurant industry. I have worked under various owners of 2 popular restaurants across the San Diego county since 1983 and am currently seeking a full-time position as a line cook. I am fluent in both Vietnamese and Cantonese but can also communicate in Mandarin and English as well.

Operated kitchen equipment, kept all surfaces sanitized and organized, and prepared and cooked dishes. Some of my best dishes were the House Special Chicken and the Pan-Fried Noodles. I was able to work long hours (nine-hour shifts from Tuesday through Sunday).
