Assigned to Production Planning Department. Receives, records, dispatches, obtains signatures and sort incoming and outgoing classified and declassified letters/documents. Prioritizes sorting according to level of importance as directed. Takes screens and conveys messages over the phones politely and tactfully. Drafts and/or types letters, memoranda, office forms routine correspondence, classified reports and other documents. Takes dictation and transcribe them accurately in final or draft form. Schedules all appointments meetings and conferences. Screens and entertains visitors of the Department or Division Head. Set up and maintains a well-secured filing system. Arranges local and international transportation in connection with business trips of the Department and Divisions Heads. Maintains adequate stocks of office supplies and equipment. Performs other secretarial functions that may be required.
