•Ussing Chamber technique: To study transportation of molecules across gut epithelium
•PCR and RT-PCR: DNA Extraction,quanitification and mRNA identification and quantification
•The Comet Assay: to detect the DNA damage by Horizontal Gel Electrophoresis and florescence staining and microscopy.
•In Vitro cultured Macrophages: To seek Cell mediated Immune Response via their engulfment response against fed SRBC (Opsonized and Unopsonized).
•Immunocytochemistry: localization and staining of pituitary hormone producing cells to seek their physiological and histological status.
•Novel spectrophotometer assay: to determine Total Antioxidant Capacity (TAC) and Total Oxidant Status (TOS) to measure the oxidative stress index of the body.
• Antioxidant related enzymes (Paraoxonase, Arylesterase, Ceruloplasmin, Homocysteine, GsH, SOD) activity by spectrophotometer methods.
•Indirect ELISA method: to detect hormones (T3,T4, Cortisol, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone) by using ELISA Reader.
• HA and IHA Test to detect the antibody titer to seek humoral immune response.
