Identifying and Analysing the Future of Telecentres in Emerging Regions

Currently collaborating as member of a research group under the supervision of Dr. Sirkku Männikkö from Dept of Computer and Systems Sciences, Stockholm University. This research is in the field of ICT4D and specifically identifying and analysing the use of Telecentres and its future in Emerging Regions.

Resource Person of a research on Music Therapy for differently able adults/Children with UCSC (June 2016 - Present)

Analysing the use of Sri Lankan music and role of ICT as a tool in music therapy

Currently collaborating as member of a research group under the supervision of Dr. Shiromi Arunatileka. This research is in the field of ICT4D and specifically identifying and analysing the use of Sri Lankan music as a tool in music therapy for differently able adults/Children under the Financial Support to research projects under UGC allocation 2016.

Final Year Research Project (Jun - Dec 2014)

Criminal Shortlisting and Crime forecasting based on Modus Operandi

Comparing several crimes performed by the same criminal will reveal a specific Modus Operandi pattern for an individual or a group. This research suggests a model in shortlisting criminal suspects by identifying patterns using a M.O feature set and a model derived from a machine learning approach.
