The Counter

Open or close restaurant, cleaning tables/drink areas/bar etc. Serving customers, as well as a little bit of food prep. Was given the opportunity to start as host and within 3 months had worked my way up to the position of server. This process really taught me all levels of the restaurant/service industry, and really allowed me to fine tune my customer service skills.
