My key responsibilities as HR Officer are to:

  • Streaming of smooth hiring processes.
  • Coordination with multiple departments and assess future hiring requirements.
  • Job advertisements/posting in newspapers, Rozee. pk, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed MTBC career portal and other relevant channels.
  • Manage resume database, shortlisting & scheduling interviews.
  • Manage/Designing recruitment tests and interviews sessions.
  • Enrollment of new employees, complete pre/post hiring documentation.
  • Scheduling of interviews, taking HR interviews and negotiations with candidates before and after employment offer.
  • Follow up with candidates till their joining for the smooth execution of their induction.
  • Orientation of new employees and coordinating with Training Department for their mandatory training's of new induction.
  • Coordinate with Medical, Training and Graphics department regarding newly inducted employee's initial medical test, training and pictures respectively.
