Manage safety program by initiating actions to eliminate and/or reduce hazards. Work at eight different locations to help personnel understand the effects of proper safety to decrease injuries and increase productivity. 

Reduced hand injuries by over 35% by implementing a “No-Touch” process using various tools to eliminate the need for employees to touch material with their hands. 

Increased awareness and understanding of mobile equipment safety, and reduced accidents and incidents through researching and writing several process control standards that applied to Yard Truck, Forklift, Track Mobile and other forms of heavy equipment.

Regularly work on job sites to help personnel understand the effects of proper safety to decrease injuries and increase productivity.  Provide both annual al and quarterly training to office and field staff on safety matters and issues.  Oversee logistical operations for a $60 Million annually organization ensuring material, equipment and tools is appropriately accounted for and mobilized to meet customer needs.

Improved overall safety awareness by instituting required training on a quarterly basis as well as increasing the presence of a safety professional on job sites. Thus reducing overall safety risk by 22% in the first year. This was evident in the reduction of the MOD rating from 1.00 to .78. 

Increased field productivity by streamlining the process in which personnel requisition materials and tools for their jobs, thus reducing daily time by over forty-five minutes a day.

Reduced injuries by instituting Job Hazard Analysis program by which all personnel must daily ensure that hazards have either been eliminated or appropriate actions are taken to avoid the hazard. This has dropped overall injury rate by 10% and provided enhanced awareness of surroundings.

Sq. feet, and contract & budget management. Oversee logistical operations for a 300 person, 12 aircraft maintenance organization. Coordinate with Human Resources office on timely hiring of key positions. Train, mentor and evaluate personnel. Manage deployment operations ensuring all required personnel and equipment are accounted for.

Developed methods to improve security policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management that reduced operating costs, improved quality, and increased safety and security awareness by 17%.

Created and implemented short-term and long-term budget plans that maximized the ability to requisition parts leading to a 65% increase in Full Mission Capable Status Aircraft. Implemented procedures to procure parts from various vendors when none are available through military channels.
