- Perform Troubleshooting of Windows XP , Vista , Windows 7 and Windows 8.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via, phone and remote session.
- Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs.
- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
- Provide training to customers in the use of system and applications as related to Anti Virus and Anti Spyware.
- Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to the customer’s problems.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in customer’s computer.
- Installation of various software.
- Installation of device drivers & hardware components
- Escalation of customer issues to different levels of support.
- Working with Microsoft Office & Outlook 2010.
- Configuring Modems, Routers, Servers, Printer & other Hardware Deviceson desktops.
- Tackle to handle Popup, Printer, Roku, TurboTax, Quicken & Pogo calls.
