Key Role is to Build a strong relationship with business partners to determine business needs, link with vendors and internal teams to provide the desired services within schedule and of desired quality.To see the service level agreements in connection to the contracted services are maintained and achieved but at the same time maintaining the quality of the services delivered and at the same time meeting client expectations, if not exceed them. A Effectively monitoring, controlling and supporting a wide range of delivery services thus ensuring the fact that all the procedures and methodologies are followed to the core. Acts as the point of contact for business partners for changes, escalations and link with internal teams to create action plans to deliver solutions. Understand overall business direction and proactively identify service delivery actions to meet business partner needs. Review client service, service improvements, performance and overall quality of the business process. Preparation of Approach note, Proposals, Presentation for new opportunities Resource Management.
