·Management of Attendance & Leave with time office.
·Taking care of salary and all Salary related issues.
·Management of PF (Return , Chalan, Fill-up and Withdrawal)
·Management of ESI (Return, chalan Fill up and employees treatment)
·Contract labors and contractor Management
·Preparation of Full & Final Settlement & maintaining the database of Employees.
·Effectively managing welfare measures, management-employee get together, team building activities to enhance motivation levels and productivity.
·Organizing and conducting various employee involvement forums like open house meetings/canteen/transport/grievance meetings etc.,
·Organizing training and development programs to sharpen the skills and knowledge of team members.
·Conducting Monthly sports and cultural activities as part of employee motivational activities.
·Preparing Job Description of employees and Performance Appraisal.
