Distinctive Achievements / Milestones
v Being a VA Team Lead, Achieved the most extraordinary feat in the TMC (Ericsson) Tuning history by launching 25 clusters in less than 7 days, and that too with minimum overtime and without sacrificing quality of work.
v Pioneered the CDMA interference issue for Ericsson RBS2206 when co-locating with CDMA800 carriers. This problem was first of its kind in Australia, and has been widely noticed at many (more than 100) CDMA co-located cells after I first identified this issue. Implemented solutions in all of these sites. They were dropping thousands of call every day before implementing this solution.
v Increased MEAN SERVED KPI to 90% from 60% in just 2 days while working on Ericsson Design Review project with T-Mobile in LA.
v Optimized major KPI performance to well within Cingular national KPI in just 3 weeks while working as Ericsson Customer Support Engineer in BHM, AL and Raleigh, NC. Some of the drop rate KPI was well above 5%. Identified main cause of high PS DCR for some UTRAN cells in Raleigh which were dropping thousands of HSDPA calls every day.
v Implemented Ericsson TEMS Automatic (UMTS) in Vodafone network. I was the One and Only administrator for this huge drive trial on-line post-processing tool.
