Hands on experience in critically reviewing and appraising of various technical documents from various parties. • Worked in e-CRM (Clarify) product engineering, available in several languages (i.e. English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and German etc.) on several platforms with Unicode and Non-Unicode databases.

Lead a team of seven developers and was responsible for enhancements of Clarify CRM. clarify (CRM Product) suite of products having components e-FrontOffice, RuleManager, ddcomp, dataex, e-mailclerk, notifier, makedb etc. The purpose of our group was to deliver new release of Clarify suite on Windows and UNIX. Technology platform used was C/C++, Solaris, VC++ 7.0, Oracle.

Perot Systems

Worked for UBS in Singapore. Purpose of our group is to write efficient code for retrieval of data that is provided to various vendors, traders. Price Feeds from third party vendors like Reuters and Bridge as well as other price distribution sources like triarch are feeding market data into Market Data Normalization (MDN) internal processes. The data then gets distributed globally from the MDN infrastructure with the use of cacheStation processes that are configured to distribute pricing data via UBS routed networks.

Senior Management Program


This program enabled me to broaden business perspective, develop on tools and techniques required for managing organizations and very importantly transform me into strategic leader in my organization. The program had strong strategic focus.

The program was broadly divided into two modules- the Introductory Module and the Advanced Module. The Introductory Module focused on the essentials of functional skills of management.

The Advanced Module shifted focus to strategic thinking, decision making, leadership styles, and managing business globally.
