About Hany Awadalla

Managing Director in healthcare investment banking at National Securities Corp. in New York City, Hany Awadalla leads a team of professionals who are responsible for all aspects of healthcare corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private capital placement. Focusing largely on emerging growth biotech and medical device companies, he evaluates investment potential and works with the companies to design transactions that will raise capital. Since joining the firm in 2011, Hany Awadalla has raised more than $100 million of capital and managed that firm’s largest healthcare private placement transaction. He also led the healthcare team in one of its best performing years.

Hany Awadalla’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in Finance.
