About Hans Van Tartwijk

Throughout his career in real estate development and investment, Hans Van Tartwijk has drawn on an in-depth knowledge of cost and value. He currently leads as a partner in Princeton Property Partners, in which role he monitors European member investments and advises property owners on portfolio positioning. A key player in several of the company's major projects, Hans Van Tartwijk effectively repositioned several properties and created feasibility modeling strategy for an Abu Dhabi-based real estate investment group, TDIC.

Hans Van Tartwijk also stands out as the co-founder of T&vT, which managed a variety of real estate projects across Europe. A key player with Scarab Real Estate Solutions as well, he provided advisory and risk management services to investors and developers in the Arab market. He comes to his work backed by a master of business administration from Henley Management College (Now Henley University) in the UK as well as a master of real estate, MRE from the University of Amsterdam, where he has also lectured in risk management and project development.
