Directed a 22% growth from $82M to $100M. Restructured Sales and Customer Service; rationalized product line; established pricing policy that enhanced manufacturing efficiencies and increased profits. Negotiated the two largest LTAs in company’s history – a $130M agreement with Triumph Composite Systems to supply Boeing floor panel material and a $73M sole source contract with Boeing for Kevlar™ honeycomb. Spearheaded an effort that resulted in becoming Boeing’s “2007 Supplier of the Year”. Led the team to finalize long term agreements with all major airframe manufacturers in the commercial, bizjet and military markets, airlines, and third-party MROs. Identified new product opportunities, coordinated the development approach with R&D, affirming proof of concepts with key customers.
