Talent Acquisition & Saudization Manager
- All indirect recruitment in assigned business units .
- Works with the resourcing manager to ensure progress is being made on the direct staffing requirements.
- Owns FM Recruitment report and drives progress and is accountable for achieving agreed action points.
- Lead new projects in business units and is accountable for achieving the manpower numbers.
- Responsible for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform, development, implementation and training.
- Implementing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to be recruiting platform for recruiters - kingdom wide.
- Saudization Project Plan to improve saudization percentage to 15% with business units.
