Han-Hsien Tuan

Based in New York, Han-Hsien Tuan manages the law firm of Tuan Olona, LLP, which offers companies general outside counsel. Guided by the motto "Our success is measured by the successes of our clients,” he provides counsel spanning the transactional, environmental, banking, and real estate spheres. Han-Hsien Tuan also has extensive experience in resolving litigation related to intellectual property and employment relations.

Mr. Tuan previously served as a partner in the global law practice Wong Fleming, PC, in Princeton, New Jersey. His areas of practice ranged from nonprofit law to asset-based financing, and he also served the needs of construction industry clients.

Mr. Tuan completed a bachelor of arts in economics at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. He subsequently earned a juris doctor at the New York University School of Law. Mr. Tuan maintains a strong community presence and, among other endeavors, has served St. Bartholomew's Church as a vestryperson and chancellor.
