  • No NC in 6 annual ISO internal & external ISO Audits as Auditee & performed one Audit of Utilities plant as assistant Auditor.
  • Implementation of 5S Japanese Standard in my area of responsibility with Employee involvement.
  • Direct cost saving of 1.4 Million & saving of at least 10 Days Shut down by Deep Hole Drilling job on 105-D Ammonia converter cap in 2011.
