I have built computers for myself and others, not including simple hard-drive swaps. In my last position, I was responsible for the purchase, setup and maintenance of the computers and small, home-office style network. My specialty is desktop support with a minor in customer service. Give me an executive with a desire for the latest and greatest, and I'll have a system built for him as soon as I get the parts. Give me a person angry their system doesn't work, and I won't stop until I know how to resolve the problem.
