Site Acquisition Manager: Managed 100+ site acquisition projects throughout California, leading a team of 8 professionals working directly with vendors. Oversaw all phases of numerous projects simultaneously, creating and delivering status reports to AT&T. Liaised with landlords and jurisdictions, negotiating agreements to assist acquisition teams. Managed legal compliance documents and coordinated finances for 100+ sites, ensuring purchase orders were issued and providing documentation. 

Key Accomplishments:

Led team that set new departmental record for site completion (111 sites in 2011), receiving positive feedback on performance from AT&T.
