I have over 20 years of professional management experience, 11 years of which are in Property Management (Licensed Florida Community Association Manager) and a combined 7 years in retail and restaurant management.

My superlative organizational skills and ability to multitask are essential to manage effectively a variety of people with varying agendas and needs. When performing reconciliations, A/P & A/R tasks in QuickBooks, I focus on all the details in a time effective manner.

As a bookkeeper of 1000 units, I excelled in my position. I achieved zero delinquency consecutively.

As an Asset Property Manager/Community Association Manager in addition to my community, my experience was also utilized as an asset manager for several sister communities throughout Florida. Recognizing that our teams are the greatest internal resource, I look for ways to identify, educate and motivate my teams and myself to better serve my residents. Not only am I helping individuals to function at a level that is more in line with their natural gifts, but I am helping my company achieve business goals as well. Empowering my teams with the knowledge needed to succeed is key to reducing turn over issues and the success of my company by providing excellent customer service.
