    • Increased Internal Customer Satisfaction of IT Department by 8% consecutively for 3 years
    • Leaded the merger of IS systems, processes and organization of Otoyol Sanayi ( Industrial entity ) and former Otoyol Pazarlama ( Commercial entity). Merger was successful without any major disruption
    • Leaded the BPR – Business Process Re-engineering effort prior to SAP implementation and re-structuring of the company as the BPR Project Manager. BPR initiative finished on time+budget
    • Leaded the CRM initiative focusing on outbound call centre and campaign management. Project finished on time, under budget.
