Sales Support Specialist

• Coordinating sales support process (responses to RFP, demonstrations, workshops and individual sales strategies)
• Facilitate and coordinate overall proposal delivery for strategic proposals
• Monitoring sales processes and workflows and escalate overdue or critical items in the HQ.
• Coordinating and Monitoring proposal creation process
• Coordinating and Monitoring Configuration and pricing process
• Contracts and statements of work
• Coordinating and monitoring purchase order status
• Logistics information
• Providing product knowledge and expertise to support local sales forces
• Procurement management
• Assist product management in setting strategic direction to the product set, adapting and positioning it to local requirements
• Work with marketing to ensure relevant and up-to-date local sales collateral
• Creating document processes and solutions based on customer requirements
• Maintaining standard media library and sales material content of sales toolkit
• Developing project presentations, organising demonstrations of products/solutions/concepts, presentation materials for partners, clients or co-workers
• Identifying the potential partners/beneficiaries at national and international level and initiating/managing business relationships
• Identifying business opportunities.
