Service Delivery Manager at Asseco SEE, Istanbul, TURKEY Description of Work: be a leader for the Service Delivery Team to provide quality service to clients dispatch customer requests, monitor and manage customer incidents monitor and report resource utilizations and process improvement to management provide ongoing leadership, guidance and support to Delivery Team on the management of clients. conduct review meetings with major customers including customer visits. report and drive improvements based upon KPI for customer support activities to ensure a high quality and performance objectives are met. communicate efficiently to provide client interface and consulting expertise back to client. participate in meetings with clients, including sales and operational support meetings. ensure escalations are carried out promptly and managed according to documented escalation guidelines. work close with the sales team to understand the product sales funnel, help to prepare service sales offers including pricing and deliverables.
