  • Established a Project Management methodologies and processes Uzel Corp. in 2006. Worked as a consultant.
  • Coordinated and managed as a program manager Open Banking System Programme (e-branch).
  • Developed policies and procedures to substantially reducing operating time and cost in 1998. Initiated client services, such as monitor servers, micro-system and network products, in order to solve problems remotely as they occur.
  • Coordinated the technology infra-structure migration to the new YK Headquarter building in 1998.
  • Directed Yapi Kredi Operation Centre new network infrastructure and move to YK Operation Centre projects. Prepared budget, scheduled, supervised departments and subcontractors; Results are as follows project completed on time, and more than 3K staff started to work in (Yapi Kredi Bankacilik Üssü) YKBU in 1997.
  • Designed, implemented and finished on time and within budgeted YKB Headquarter building's LAN and e-mailing systems infrastructure in 1995. Results are as follows over 2000 users are enabled to communicate with each other and shared resources via LANs.
