I have spent my entire life trying to prepare myself for my future. I believe that today is the best time to learn something new. I spend my free time learning on my own, and have spent the years since graduating high school working towards my degree. During college I have worked for Crowder to help recruit students, spent a summer working for the Oklahoma Horizon TV station and spent over a year shadowing and interning the universities professional photographer. I have worked hard to gain the experience I need to get out of college with an optimum job position. My current goals are to finish obtaining my masters degree, in agricultural communications. After receiving my degree, I plan on using skills and experiences I learned so that I can help educate the world about agriculture.

I currently work for the OSU residential life department as a Resident Assistant. I live on the floor of around 35 students, and I am their for them. I make sure they follow polices as well as make sure they are doing good. This job has opened my eyes up on how everybody needs to be treated equal and has also let me establish my oral communication skills.
Aug 2006 - May 2008
I worked as an intern on the Crowder college farm. I did work that ranged from bulding fence to feeding cattle. As I was doing this the farm manager, Jay Wilkens, taught me things that I would have never learned had I not worked for him.
