Scrum Master and Project Manager for the Real-Time News Delivery system (RTN), Love.com/RTN Consolidation Project, and SmartBox feature completing ~15 sprints. Unified a global team of 40 plus Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Management personnel across 6 locations and 5 time zones by building trust, leveraging creativity, & setting common expectations and behaviors.Oversaw the project portfolio for the Real-Time News Delivery, Redesign, Break Fix, & Non-Break Fix projects across the development, quality assurance & editorial; while keeping under the ~$2,140,000 annual resource budget & ensuring delivery integrity within the process.  Crafted & administered the project plan for the consolidation & re-purposing of over 250 server machines across multiple product lines reducing operational costs without impacting users.Simultaneously reduced time to market and improved release quality for AOL product launches by right-sizing releases and reducing cycles by 30% while increasing insight into deliveries. Led development efforts in collaboration with Product, Marketing, as well as matrix management for large-scale development efforts leading to the successful on-time releases of Real-time News products on various websites including – AOL.com, Love.com, Moviefone.com, TV.aol.com, Music.aol.com, Fanhouse.com, DailyFinance.com, & Travel.aol.com.
