Nevada’s first property contract, the SpringHill Suites® Las Vegas Convention Center offers 4,500 sq. ft. of salon and board room space, 299 luxurious guest suites including a fantastic roof top pool venue. A high volume property with extensive convention and executive demographic.

Responsible for business development, with multiple duties to create and establish new business channels and increase existing accounts. As Catering and Event Sales Manager, I present the new SpringHill Suites® Brand to both corporate and social guests within multiple venues. I establish the contact through active hunting, create the relationship, close the contract, create the menu or booking plan and generally operate the event to conclusion.

Position has multiple duties to create and establish new business channels for catered events, meetings and group restaurant sales for the property.  Place clients with multiple venues within and surrounding the property to increase revenue within the Food and Beverage & Hotel operations. SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center has received the highest guest satisfaction scores in the Marriott portfolio including the Ritz Carlton. Exceeding quotas and projected sales goals at a rate over 100% from most recent year over year analysis.

Business developer representing the Riviera Hotel & Casino. Efforts specificly focused to the food and beverage and entertainment sales departments as Catering Sales Manager,Group Restaurant Sales Manager and Group Entertainment Sales Manager

The Riviera Hotel & Casino offers a 160,000 sq. ft. convention space, 2100 luxurious guest rooms including 174 suites, numerous outdoor locations, multiple ballroom and convention space options. Position has multiple duties to create and establish new business channels for catered events, group restaurant sales and group entertainment sales for the property. Concentrate efforts include but are not limited to, corporate and social client development. Place clients with multiple venues within and surrounding the property to increase revenue within the Food and Beverage Department, Hotel Rooms and Entertainment departments. Continuing to exceed quotas and projected sales goals at a rate of 50% above projections.

Rymax Marketing Services, Inc is the largest national direct manufactures representative in the incentive industry. Tri-State Territory includes California, Colorado and Nevada. Position is that of an individual contributor operating through a remote office. Develop and maintain relationships following a self-directed hunter action plan to generate solution sales for both internal and external opportunities by identifying decision makers and actively pursuing those contacts to achieve sales quotas. Successfully growing territory to over 300 casino and vertical clients resulting in an increase of 27% of new customer accusation for the company over last year. First quarter client revenue increase of $3.5 M exceeding yearly quota requirements by 43%.

A newly created position responsible for increasing revenue representing Casino MonteLago. Position has multiple duties within the marketing and sales departments, including the creation and establishment of new business channels, while maintaining existing client base. Concentrated efforts include, but are not limited to, corporate and social client base development. Special event promotion was immediately added to the position’s responsibility. Placed clients with multiple venues and hotel properties within the Lake Las Vegas Resort including the five-Diamond Ritz Carlton Lake Las Vegas Resort. The multi-venue resort offers a 25,000 sq. foot casino, 800 guest rooms and suites, two Yachts, numerous outdoor waterfront locations, multiple ballroom and convention space options. Verifiable sales increased over $250,000 within the first 60 days of project.

This facility offered multiple venue locations within a total of 25,000 sq. feet of bookable space including a 550-seat theater, numerous breakout and boardroom options, plus various entertainment options that expanded the saleable inventory. Was additionally tasked to generate event sales, both public and private, successfully establishing many first time markers for the company. Was able to continually establish new business and ensure repeat business through consistent solicitation and establishing an excellent rapport with guests to generate hotel and catering revenue. Retained budgeted sales in excess of $1,500,000 as property revenue declined 20%.
