Responsible for business development, with multiple duties to create and establish new business channels and increase existing accounts. As Catering and Event Sales Manager, I present the new SpringHill Suites® Brand to both corporate and social guests within multiple venues. I establish the contact through active hunting, create the relationship, close the contract, create the menu or booking plan and generally operate the event to conclusion.
Position has multiple duties to create and establish new business channels for catered events, meetings and group restaurant sales for the property. Place clients with multiple venues within and surrounding the property to increase revenue within the Food and Beverage & Hotel operations. SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center has received the highest guest satisfaction scores in the Marriott portfolio including the Ritz Carlton. Exceeding quotas and projected sales goals at a rate over 100% from most recent year over year analysis.
