Instrumental as a Sr. Marketing Manager of a biotech start-up to position the company to be attractive for acquisition. The company was sold to GlaxoSmithKline providing a very good outcome for investors and other stakeholders. Selected accomplishments:

  • Developed new advertising strategy and campaigns that built "Powered by NovaMin®" brand among target audience
  • Spearheaded branding efforts for "Powered by NovaMin®" targeting dental professionals 
  • Standardized "Powered by NovaMin®" brand package display and usage guidelines for business partners' products
  • Innovatively instituted "opinion leader" program enlisting 45+ industry speakers and writers to create a brand buzz
