Tamara's human resources background provided her with experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and training and development. Working for a national retailer, she developed and conducted nation-wide training workshops and team building programs.Tamara is a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota. She earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from St. Louis University and has completed considerable postgraduate education in organizational psychology.
