Passion and Abilities

My passion is good health for all who seek it. I believe good health is best achieved through a balanced diet and regular exercise. It is my desire to become a qualified dietitian and fitness instructor. I am seeking to learn the specific skills needed to achieve this and develop my current abilities.

Through my previous employment and education I have realised a strength in the ability to learn new skills. For example, I gained a strong aptitude in MS Office products, including MS Excel and Word, during the first few weeks in my role as dispatch administrator at Morrisons. My ability to present my ideas in a self-assured manor is also a strength and something I desire to develop further.

The ability to adjust my thoughts and behaviour in order to adapt to changing conditions is another major personal strength. Coupled with a high level of stress tolerance and an optimistic view on life this makes me very flexible in the work I undertake.
