Overall responsibility for 21 Retail Optical locations. Collaborate with Fellow RSM's, Home Office Personnel, and VP to develop, evaluate, and execute sales strategies. Recruit, Hired, Trained, Developed, and Coached Personnel including Optometrists, Store Managers, and Licensed Opticians to be leading productive Associates. Increased comparable sales for 10 straight years (2000-2009). Evaluate monthly P&L, Inventory, and Audited Stores for loss prevention. Conducted monthly site visits to every location to ensure regional consistency in appearance, performance, and product promotions. Developed staff to ensure customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Piloted several new promotions, procedures, and policies prior to territory roll out. Facilitated over 20 new store openings.
