Objective:

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

§soliciting and contacting prospective clients and scheduling onsite client consultations,

§developing CLIENT RELATIONSHIP management, initiate preliminary site ANALYSIS, & evaluation.

§maintaining client documents, schedules and direct client communications

§creating BASE MAPS, concept drawings and budget proposals

§providing professional cad drawing and renderings

§estimating on residential projects

§preparing proposals and contracts for installation construction

§work with Landscape contractors to translate from design to project management

§EXPEDITING materials, calling in mark outs and scheduling of deliveries

§field coordination and instructing installation crews

§demonstrating CONSISTENT professionalism while maintaining quality customer service

§responsible for marketing , sales and public demonstrations

§DEVELOPING MARKETING RESEARCH STRATEGIES TO FOCUS ON CONSUMER requirements, outdoor liFESTYLES, and DEMOGRAPHICS.

§own and operate: currentversion’s of computer aided design software, that includes :

eagle point, dynascape, and vectorworks
