New Employee Orientation Process: Office visit, employee handbook and employee orientation booklet provision to new employee. Appointment letter acceptance, joining report and all other personal file documentation. Employee ID card issuance. 3. Employee Performance Evaluation Process: Initiating employee performance evaluation at the end of probation/ internship/ contract period. On getting feedback from concerned Manager, taking required action. 4. Necessary Documents Preparation: Offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, addendum, experience certificate. 5. Report Making: Prepare comprehensive report of all departments on monthly basis. 6. Health Care Insurance Matters: Getting all confirmed employees of Sanjog insured for health care benefits. Medical claim reimbursement process of employees. 7. Organizational Charts: Preparation of department-wide and company wide organizational charts. 8. Personal Files: Maintenance of personal files of all Sanjog’s employees. Old employees’ personal files documents completion task. 9. Others: Employment clearance and exist process. 10. Admin: Assists in developing, designing and implementing administration policies, systems and procedures in the organization. 11. Resource Center: Update the database of resource center (Library).
