Promotes the DuPage Library System as well as all libraries in the system. Inspires marketing coordinators at libraries by sharing tips and important ideas for working with the media, promoting services, and fostering good customer service. Editor of DLS e-News, a bi-monthly web-based publication. Consults with libraries on marketing campaigns and leads the DLS Marketing Roundtable. Works on projects including the organization's annual report and communicates the return on investment for dollars invested in libraries and library systems. Frequent contributor to the library system's blog and DLS social media sites.
