With more than two decades of experience in real estate finance and related fields, Robert Noeldechen is a Principal with Ahern & Partners. Since 2009, Robert Noeldechen has applied his significant expertise in lender underwriting, strategy, acquisitions, business development, and people management and development to his role as Principal. Capable of managing multiple complex transactions simultaneously and leading large teams, Robert Noeldechen remains one of Ahern & Partners’ most valuable contributors. Robert Noeldechen began his career in finance with Shearson Lehman Brothers/EF Hutton in New York and then quickly advanced to positions with Deloitte & Touche and Dime Savings Bank of New York. Robert Noeldechen spent 1991 through 1998 as a Senior Associate, then a Vice President, with Ahern & Partners. During that time, Robert Noeldechen specialized in real estate-based underperforming businesses and distress situations. Immediately prior to assuming his current role, Robert Noeldechen served as an Equity Principal at Ernst & Young. An alumnus of New York University, Robert Noeldechen holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment with a secondary concentration in Valuation from New York University. Robert Noeldechen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York. As a result of his ability to track and analyze relevant trends, Robert Noeldechen has become a sought-after public speaker and has been a guest panelist at the ULI Philadelphia Young Leaders Roundtable and a guest lecturer in the Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment program at New York University. Away from the office, Robert Noeldechen enjoys boating in Connecticut. Robert Noeldechen supports his local community with contributions to Save the Sound, and the Pequot Library.
