Technical: Adept at utilizing Boolean logic, Google search strings, and using social networking avenues for finding talent. Adept at ATS systems and HR Scorecard methodologies. HRIS systems experience includes ADP, Report Smith, Pay Expert and Enterprise etime. Talent Management: Successfully hire for management positions: VP’s, plant managers, quality managers, department managers, finance, supply chain, inventory control and purchasing. Also PLS programmers and design engineers with Pro-E, CAD skill sets. Hire for specific equipment expertise: liquid and gas delivery systems, clean room, fabs, mass flow controllers, stainless steel and plastic weldments, discreet manufacturing, build-to-print.
