Serve as a consultant for small to mid size corporations (Business to Business) in the US and some international by providing them financing for their operations through leases, loans, Line of credit, SBA financing, community express loans, factoring, inventory financing.Managed all administrative with P&L responsibility. Reviewed, performed due diligence and credit analysis based on set base financial analysis ratios and public records resulting in a finance structure where we assisted the client in acquiring their capital requirements based on their needs and cash flow.

Retained by Cotton Images, Inc. subsequent to their acquisition of Florida Tee’s Inc. to manage & direct its incorporation into their corporate structure.Primarily responsible for negotiating purchases & leases for machinery, assisting in completing factoring agreements, & negotiating with banks for working capital, inventory, receivables and real estate transactions.Reviewed and designed financial packages with accountant for presentation to banks, leasing companies and factoring companies.Advises on pricing and marketing.

Managed all aspects of company operations with bottom line profit and loss responsibility.Began as a start up and generated over $4.5 million in revenues, (from one of the divisions) while leading expansion from two to over 30 employees plus 42 sales people to achieve recognition as one of the Top 100 U.S. Screen Printers.Increased revenues an average of 22% for seven consecutive years.Increased net profits from 25% to 35% every year.Established, promoted and achieved corporate financial and market goals.Negotiated with raw good vendors and managed new product development.Established budgets and cash flow scenarios in accordance with capital requirements.Participated in approximately twenty trade shows per year and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean to meet major accounts and train sales teams on products.Created specialized computer programs and integrated leading market software for production, scheduling, and customer service to achieve status as one of the most technologically advanced companies in the industry, with 90% of production computerized.
