- Greeted all incoming members and guests and ensured all check in procedures are followed.
- Answered all incoming inquiries and obtain appropriate information to direct/transfer calls/guests.
- Handled member service issues to including: personal training, guest, lost and found items, new membership cards, change of address, and questions regarding billings and payments.
- Conducted periodic cleaning of pool area, locker room, racquetball courts etc.
