Responsible for managing schedules/SLAs with various semiconductor manufacturing system vendors regarding interfaces and delivery of hardware. Significant Accomplishment: Rescued $4M multi year, multi phased project that was behind schedule with deteriorating customer relationship. Resolved the customer relationship issues and succeeded (time/budget) in delivering the first release of the software to the customer in time frame needed for new plant operations in Taiwan.
