- Supervision, organization, and motorization of the quality of service.- Serve food, beverages, and desserts to customers with a smile, and fast friendly service.- Set up dining areas for meals and clear them following meals.
- Arrange reservations for patrons of dining establishments.
- Ensure counters, customer areas are neat, clean and presentable.- Maintain, sanitize, and polish counters, cooking equipment, clean glasses, and dishes.- Use cash registers, calculators, and balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
- Maintain accurate inventory count, and order supplies needed.
