- Pre-opening luxury hotel, 298 keys, 5 F&B, 11 meeting rooms and 5000 Sqm of banquets space.
- Reported directly to General Manager.
- In charge of overall hotel operations (Rooms, F&B)
- Developed Integrated Marketing & PR Plans for F&B and the Hotel
- Developed an onboarding plan for colleagues and leaders through multi-task and enhancing productivity
- Creating experiences and delights for guests partnering with Saudi handcrafts that matches the realms of the hotel.
- Finalized overall hotel OS&E, FF&E, achieving proper deliveries and storage.
- Worked with VP Development & Construction to ensure luxury standards are implemented.
- Assisted in setting up OS&E & reviewing manning for Pre-opening Fairmont Amman - Jordan
- Worked with Regional VP F&B in various projects ( Raffles, Swissotel & Fairmont) and Market research/Intel throughout the kingdom.
